Welcome to Enviro Lime (Edms) Bpk. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Enviro Lime’s Website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website and engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms in full.

1. Product Information and SME Verification

Agricultural Nature: All products (including Lime and Gypsum) are intended strictly for agricultural use.
Expert Verification: Product purity and technical specifications are verified by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure industry standards are met.
Accuracy of Soil Data: Enviro Lime provides products based on information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for suboptimal results due to incorrect soil testing or improper application.
Variability: As these are natural mineral products, slight variations in color and texture may occur between batches.

2. Orders and Pricing

Quotes: All quotes provided via the website or email are valid for 14 days due to fluctuating logistics and fuel costs.
Acceptance: An order is only considered “Confirmed” once an official purchase order is received or payment is cleared as per the agreed payment structure.

3. Delivery and Logistics

Site Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible for heavy vehicles (e.g., bulk trailers/super-links). Enviro Lime is not liable for delays or “abnormal” load complications if the site is inaccessible or unsafe.
Delivery Timelines: While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, stated delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for losses caused by weather delays, mechanical breakdowns, or road conditions.
Offloading: Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for providing the equipment or space necessary for offloading bulk materials.

4. Returns and Refunds

Bulk Goods: Due to the nature of bulk agricultural products and logistics, returns are not accepted once the product has been offloaded/delivered to the site.
Quality Disputes: Any claims regarding product quality must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs or independent lab results if necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

Enviro Lime (Edms) Bpk shall not be held liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to crop failure or loss of profit.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Enviro Lime (Edms) Bpk owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including logos, text, and images. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
